Apple Berry Stitch Tutorial

Here's the tutorial for my Apple Berry stitch which I used for my most recent pattern, called the Apple Berry Baby Blanket.

This stitch is super easy and has a lovely texture with very few gaps, which makes it great for baby objects, or dishcloths.

This stitch is very similar to my Pumpkin stitch, but instead of the stitches alternating, they stack on top of each other.

This pattern uses US terms

This stitch is made up with a mix of Single Crochet (SC) and Double Crochet (DC)

Chain

Even number of chains

Row 1

SC into the 2nd chain from the hook, DC in next chain, repeat *SC, DC* until the end, chain 1, turn

Row 2

Repeat *SC, DC* until the end. Make sure you always start and finish the row with a SC

Repeat row 2

I hope this tutorial helps, I'm aiming to get a short video tutorial out in the next few days, so keep an eye out for that on my Instagram @littlemissmannie

Hope you all have a great day!
